Ageing with Purpose is a free public health initiative to promote healthy lifestyles in the older community by providing an awareness of strategies to reduce risk factors for psychological distress and memory disorders as we age. Presentations will highlight current research on ageing well and include strategies that can be incorporated into daily routines.
