This workshop is informative and practical, guiding you through simple, effective meditations to help maintain a relaxed body and calm mind throughout the day. In this course you will learn mindfulness skills, sitting and walking meditation, gentle body movement and chi gong for a peaceful mind, guided meditations, one minute anti-stress techniques and how to develop your own daily practice.
