How to Reduce Stress

Many of us deal with stress on a daily basis, whether it be at home, school or in the workplace. This free seminar aims to give you the tools to manage and deal with stress caused by everyday situations.

Some of the topics that will be covered in this workshop include:
• Types of stress – stress response, negative and positive stress.
• Your physiology and stress – stress affects your bodily response.
• Sign posts – identifying strengths, talents, knowledge, experience and expertise.
• Managing stress – restoring health and wellbeing

Presenter Christine Thompson-Wells is a lifestyle psychologist and well-known author specialising in human development and lifestyle. Christine has recently published How to Reduce Stress—Learn to Drive Your Mind. Many of the concepts detailed in this book will be covered in this seminar.
