The FHY Bronze Bell QiGong practice is renowned for its remarkable healing ability and its near 1,500-year old lineage. We are running a class teaching how to move, restore & preserve life energy (Qi) for our health.
In addition to the standing FHY Bronze Bell Qigong practice, the class also includes five other single-posture practices: sitting, cross-legged, kneeling and lying down. The most unique feature of FHY Bronze Bell QiGong is a meditative state during which the body experiences “spontaneous movements” driven by the body’s internal flow of Qi.
