Calling all big kids and little kids! Join us for the big community jam! If you make music, can spin 20 hula hoops at once, juggle or want to challenge the world record at hacky-sack (is that still a thing?), we want to hang out with you!
Enjoy the sunshine, breath in the fresh air and slow down for the afternoon. This is a great opportunity to meet new people in our community and skill share!
Learn, Flow, Grow is an independent community event as a part of Mental Health Awareness month. 1 in 3 adults will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. It could be your mate, a guardian or a younger sibling. The more we know the more we can grow to support our loved ones and tackle stigma.
This event is designed to encourage an active approach to mental health awareness. Linking and exercising both the body and the brain through movement, connection and mindfulness and a bucket load of smiles. We all need this right?!

As we are an active independent awareness group. You will find links through-out this event page to organisations, local and national, that are working towards better knowledge of mental health or provide safe havens & services in our local Community. It is completely your choice to donate to these groups and we will not be taking moneys on the day. However, we definitely encourage getting to know these organisations, volunteering and donating where possible.
