Kogarah Community Services is delivering an introductory workshop that will help you learn the skills of self-compassion so you can respond to difficult times in your life with kindness and care. Research has shown that self-compassion is strongly associated with emotional wellbeing and cultivating resiliency. The workshop will focus on the practice of self-compassion and the art of self-appreciation; strategies for letting go of self-criticism and embracing self-acceptance; and the power of compassion to connect with others & make a positive difference in the world.
