Minfulness Meditation Online

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 9, 2020
Meditation is something everyone can do to improve mental and emotional health. You can do it anywhere, anytime. It needs no special equipment and it’s free.
The benefits of learning to meditate include:
-Reduce stress, manage anxiety and improve sleep
-Support emotional health and promote self-awareness
-Generate Kindness, empathy and self-compassion
-Develop mental discipline and will power
-Help relax and quiet a busy mind
For young people 12-20 years old.
Meet every Wednesday from 5 pm to 5:30 pm on Zoom staring Wednesday 23rd September 2020 and ending Wednesday 9th December 2020.
