Mood Journal Workshops

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday, repeating until October 29, 2019
Come along to the Hub and make your own journal to track your moods. The journal covers a full year, month by month.
The aim is to help with understanding what causes each type of mood or stress and ways to relieve these. These journals could be shared with the person’s mental health worker/doctor to give insight into ways to adjust their daily activities.
All materials for the journals are supplied.
You only need to bring yourself.
