Whether you’re new to meditation or been practicing for years- we are all complex, highly sensitive beings. We often wait til we’re stressed or in pain to to develop our capacity for mental and emotional wholeness.
This guided meditation practice uses a gentle, effective method for managing stress, working with the breath, and mindful self-awareness to assist energy that may have been stuck in unhelpful mental or patterns to be released.
