Come along for afternoon of yarning, pampering and relaxation as we celebrate mental health month and raise awareness of mental health issues. Join us in finding out how you can practice self care to enhance your mental and emotional well being. We will be making our own beauty and relaxation products using natural fruits, vegetables and oils as well as items that can be found in the everyday pantry. Afternoon tea will be provided so please R.S.V.P by the 8th of October to secure your spot!
