A Room with an Inner View is an interactive installation that explores the house or room as a nest for dreaming and a shelter for the imagination. (Gaston Bache Lard in the Poetics of Space).
This exhibition looks at how artists and art therapists are using visual art as a way to respond to mental wellbeing, as a way of healing and a process to understand our inner thoughts, memories and feelings.
While visiting the exhibition take some time to add to the Puzzling Minds Giant Jigsaw art installation and learn how play can be crucial in the development of mental wellbeing.
Room with an Inner View exhibition incorporates a number of interactive workshops, an artist talk, cooking demonstration and information sessions.
