This Mental Health Month, tune in to the St George and Sutherland Mental Health Interagency Tune In Festival 2020.
Tuning In means being present, being aware of what’s happening within you, and in the world around you. Tune In to your senses, Tune In to your community and take a moment to connect with your environment, your body, and focus your mind. Tuning In can help you find a new perspective and can help you reflect and be present.
In this event, Tune In To Waves – Sign up for a free surfing lesson, followed by a BBQ, and wellbeing workshop at Cronulla Beach.
The 2020 Tune In Festival is proudly brought to you by the Mental Health Interagency partners- Sutherland Shire Council, Bayside Council, Georges River Council, headspace Hurstville, headspace Miranda, 3Bridges Community, Trusted Support Coordination, New Horizons, Kogarah Community Services, 2Connect, and the St George and Sutherland Mental Health Service.
