To commence the celebration of Mental Health Month in Wollongong, local service providers and organisations are holding Wollongong's Walk of Pride followed by a Mental Health Information Expo. ARAFMI Illawarra will be leadng the Walk of Pride, a walk to show support, hope, passion and prode for those who live mental illness and their families. The walk will continue to the celebrations in the mall where free enertainment, activities and mental health information will be available.

Join us on a relaxing walk along the Cooks River, followed by a light morning tea!
