As part of our continuing support for our community, each Sunday at 10am, our 'Karma' yoga class is a donation-based class, minimum of $5 where are proceeds go to a charity of our choice. For October, we are pleased to support WayAhead for Mental Health Month! This class is open to all, with no previous experience of yoga necessary. Come move, breath and sweat to feel good, whilst your dollars will go to do good!
