Outdoor Movie Night

A traditional outdoor movie night where young people can sit under the stars, eat popcorn and watch a movie. Before the movie, instead of just hanging out, young people will take part in activities to raise awareness of mental health. Movie goers will be asked to participate in mental health exercises and will receive goodie bags with mental health resources on topics like supporting a mate with mental health, self-harm, having a parent with mental health, plus others

These clinics provide an opportunity for young people to practice wellbeing while learning stretch and meditation techniques in an outdoor space.
