Overcoming Childhood Anxiety

Would you like to better manage your child's anxiety? This workshop covers difference between normal anxiety and anxiety disorders, and examines types of anxiety disorders, including signs and symptoms. Parents and carers will have the opportunity to ask questions and receive relevant information, including advice on practical strategies to best support children experiencing anxiety. Event Description Reconnecting kids to nature assists in child development and supports mental health. For Mental Health Month, Mosman Council is presenting the documentary Project Wild Thing outdoors in the Village Green Mosman, along with guest speaker Sam Webb – founder of ‘LIVIN’ - to discuss issues relating to mental health.
