28 for TWENTY EIGHT – Meditate for Mental Fitness

October is Mental Health Month, and we are providing the community with the opportunity to experience what a positive difference ‘meditating daily’ can do for your mental fitness.
Our team have provided a wide variety of 28 themed guided meditations which only go for 12 minutes and are easy to follow from the menu under ‘Daily Meditations’ or join us online for LIVE meditations from the 1st to 28th October at 6:30am and 8pm on Facebook and Instagram.
The Goal is to Meditate each day during October for your mental fitness and raise much needed funds for LIFELINE.
It’s super easy to get involved, and you can take part as an individual, or create a team!
