I know that you’ve been a big part of my life for so long, in every hard moment you were there. It is nearly the end of the semester and I know that you want to come closer again but I don’t think that I want to be with you anymore…

Must be a Western Sydney University student to register and attend. Lifestyle Medicine at Western (LMW) is a student club based out of Western Sydney University with the aim of improving lifestyle behaviour and encourage positive health outcomes among the student body. We are supported by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM)

Lifestyle Medicine at Western (LMW) recognises how hard being a student can be and juggling all aspects of life. It can be hard to take care of your mental health or health in general with:

  • Lockdowns in full effect
  • The semester coming to a close
  • Assessment periods in full swing
  • Exams around the corner
  • Maintaining a personal/work-life balance

That’s why we are hosting your ultimate guide to mental health and stress management! With expert help we are bringing all the mental health tips and tricks that you will need to successfully implement them at home, work, university or anywhere.

Whilst at home this Mental Health Month, we challenge you to check in with yourself and support positive total wellbeing. There is no health without mental health. Together we can normalise mental health!
