Mental Health Month is celebrated each year in the month of October in NSW. Mental Health Month reminds us of the importance of looking after our mental health and wellbeing. The Month also provides us with the opportunity to understand the importance of good mental health in our everyday lives and encourages help seeking behaviours when needed.

As part of Mental Health Month, the Transcultural Mental Health Centre (TMHC) is organising an online webinar for Multicultural Communities.
The webinar will focus on strategies to support mental health and wellbeing and practical hints and tips on how to manage day-to-day stress. The webinar will also discuss the importance of getting a good night’s sleep to support wellbeing and sleep hygiene techniques will be explained and discussed.
