Take a journey through healing arts and meditation practice and add a unique, expressive and centering approach to your toolkit for wellbeing.

The day will begin with a morning tea, an opportunity for social connection and to open up the co-creative space. Then choose your own path of experience as activities will be presented in an ‘open-house’ style, with dedicated stations for you to immerse yourself in each activity. Take as much time as you’re guided to! The day will be concluded in a community session where we come together to sing for Love, Peace and Harmony (more on this on the day). Arts have long been acknowledged to have healing effects for a myriad of challenges. Discover something new or re-connect with a sense of self that has always been there.

11.00am – 1.00pm – Morning Tea – Bring a plate to share
1.30pm – 3.30pm – Choose your own path of experience with open house style wellness activities
4.00-5.30pm – Love, Peace and Harmony Session
