This Mental Health Month Tune In to the St George and Sutherland Mental Health Interagency Tune In Festival 2020. There is something for everyone this Mental Health Month including a great online program.
Join us for a Resilience Online Session hosted by Dr. Cathy Pearson and Dr. Wendy Smith.
Dr. Cathy Pearson is a clinical psychologist working in public mental health working with adults and young people with complex mental health presentations. She also has experience working in the private sector. She is a clinical supervisor and has an interest in evidence-based depth and parts-based psychological therapies. Dr. Wendy Smith is a clinical psychologist working at Sutherland Mental Health Service. She is passionate about working with people living with mental distress and helping them become more resilient to overcome challenges.

- Preventative measures to build resilience
- How to build resilience after an event
- Is the cup half empty or half full?
- What happens when we don’t feel resilient?
- How resilience shows up in a person’s own life
