Yoga for wellbeing

Practiced for thousands of years, yoga focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Join local, certified yoga teacher Alahna Jaylah who will lead you through a one-hour yoga session inspired by Forrest Yoga, a therapeutic style of yoga that is adaptable to everybody. There are two classes for you to choose from, or tune-in to both.
The Monday morning class will help set you up for the week ahead and the Friday evening class will give you a chance to relax, let go of stress and end the week on a positive note.
