Managing Mental Health for a Thriving Workplace

“It is Time to Prioritise Mental Health in the Workplace” is the theme of World Mental Health Day on October 10. (1)

Five out of 10 Australian workers are experiencing “a lot of stress” at work, while 67% are “quiet quitting.” (2) 20% experience “daily loneliness” which rises to 25% if they’re remote workers. (3)

Mental health and wellbeing can be supported in the workplace in practical and tested ways. Join our expert speakers for a special Mental Health Week program featuring live virtual events from October 8 to 11.

It’s also Safe Work Australia’s Psychosocial Hazards Week, so we’ll look at identifying and managing psychosocial hazards at work in line with new Australian laws.

Over 4 sessions you will understand how to identify and address psychosocial hazards at work and learn practical strategies to improve workplace wellbeing. Kicking off the week we have The Cost of Burnout in Workplace Australia with Dr. Carly Moulang. On Wednesday, Dr. Robyne Hanley-Dafoe will show us how to Recharge with the 5 Pillars of Resilience. Our third session with Jenna Hermans will teach us how to rebuild with 5 Ways to Break Free from Overwhelm and rounding out the week Keith Roberts will show us how to Advance and Level up our Life.

Get your whole team involved. Register now and discover new tools to improve your own mental health and workplace wellbeing overall.
