Welcome to Where’s Your Head at? Fun day!

Come join us for a day of fun activities and discussions focused on mental health. This in-person event will be held at 23 Newline Rd, Raymond Terrace, where we’ll have games, performances, and resources to help you take care of your mental well-being.
This years mental health month theme is “Let’s Talk About It“. Which will emphasises the significance of open dialogue and communication.
Whether you’re looking to learn more about mental health or just want to enjoy a day of relaxation and self-care, this event is for you! Let’s break the stigma and start talking about mental health openly and support each other.
